Yes our head office and Co-Working showroom is based in Christchurch, however we share and collaborate with key suppliers around New Zealand to provide trial products and wholesale showroom access in the main centres.
Our products come from various suppliers around New Zealand. We work closely with New Zealand manufacturers and importers to provide the best mix of product, design and quick lead times. Know when you order from Ergostyle you are supporting 100% NZ owned and operated business.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package.

We accept no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur following delivery to you.

Any delivery times provided are estimates only. We do not accept any liability in any circumstances for any loss or damage suffered as a result of late deliveries. In the event that multiple products are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available for all products and we will make all reasonable attempts to notify you of such.

Please email our customer service department if your order has not has not been received within the recommended time-frame so that we can track the package sent to you.
As we work with a number of factories around NZ, delivery times can vary. We aim to deliver between 3 - 15 working days. Please check your order confirmation as this will have the anticipated delivery date.
We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase - so please choose carefully. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will either repair or replace your product.

Please ensure you check and read our order confirmation to make sure what you are ordering is correct.

As the products are coming directly from the manufacturer, products can take 3-15 business days once processed.

You should have received a tracking number and sometimes products seem to stall. If this is the case please contact us with your order number and we will ask the manufacturer the status on your order.
